This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.
Description of Effects
TM28 is a good, solid glitch attack learned by a few different Glitch Pokémon. It does decent damage, has 50% accuracy (which is good for a glitch attack), and has a 30% chance of lowering the foe's Special stat. The must unusual aspect of this attack is its animation, which is that of Selfdestruct and Explosion. When this attack is used, the attacking Pokémon will appear to explode and disappear, but won't faint. The Pokémon will be invisible for the rest of the battle when this occurs.
